Health and safety

A steel foundry faces complex hazards, including heat, dust, chemicals, and heavy physical strain. To this end, Allard-Europe has implemented a dynamic risk management system because it requires an integrated approach: safe processes, PPE, medical monitoring, and continuous evaluation. We are committed to prevention and monitoring, and work continuously to keep risk awareness high so that the risk of incidents and occupational diseases is significantly reduced.

Key elements of this approach are systematic extraction at source of dust and fumes, monitoring of air quality, attention to ergonomics with appropriate use of lifting equipment.
