On the carousel lathes, Allard-Europe processes pieces up to 10 meters in diameter and/or up to 100 tons of piece weight.
Modern CNC control also gives us additional machining capabilities such as drilling and milling, thread milling and CAM milling. Our wide range of CNC lathes allows Allard-Europe to handle complex shapes and deliver them at short notice.
On our CNC-controlled drilling and milling center, Allard-Europe can mill castings up to a build size of 5 x 11 meters and/or up to 65 tons piece weight.
There is also the possibility of 5-axis CAM milling. Allard-Europe has two milling machines available: PAMA Speedram 3000 & TOS Varensdorf WHN 13 CNC.
No matter how complex and demanding the drilling job, we can handle pieces up to 4.5 meters. Allard-Europe can also drill hardened steel and white cast iron, a particularly complex and delicate operation.
Welding cast steels is more complex than welding structural steels. Due to the higher carbon equivalent, preheating is often mandatory.
Allard-Europe has qualified welders and welding instructions. . We are perfectly capable of assisting with all kinds of repairs or other work.

Allard-Europe is an expert in casting design and casting methodology. We know how to turn the most complex mechanical parts into a perfect casting. We are happy to help you right from the start of the design (co-engineering) to achieve smooth realization.
Here you see a first sample of pure craftsmanship. In the pattern shop, the casting patterns are made and finished. These serve to form the mold in the sand. Here the foundations are laid for casting a perfectly sized casting.

Allard-Europe is equipped with 4 medium-frequency induction furnaces. This allows us to melt 37 tons at one time, but also gives us the necessary flexibility for customization in function of material selection and molds.
The Fettling Shop is where castings are cleaned, finished and prepared for inspection or further machining after being removed from the mold.
Allard-Europe is well equipped to perform the heat treatments. During heat treatment, each casting is given the right balance between hardness and toughness. Through precise temperature control, we optimize the structure and mechanical properties of the material.
