Your Role
Environmental and Safety Policy
You will develop, implement, and monitor the company’s Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies. In this role, you will ensure compliance with all applicable legislation, environmental permit requirements, and Best Available Techniques (BAT) regulations.
Environmental Management
You will coordinate all environmental activities within the organization, including:
- Managing and monitoring environmental permits
- Coordinating waste management streams
- Managing hazardous substances (REACH/CLP)
- Monitoring emissions and environmental impact
- Providing advice on sustainability and environmental matters
Prevention and Risk Management
As Head of the Internal Prevention Service, you will be responsible for the dynamic risk management system and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety legislation and applicable workplace welfare regulations.
- Identifying and assessing risks
- Developing and following up on preventive actions
- Advising management and employees
- Coordinating safety initiatives
Incident Management
You will lead the investigation and follow-up of incidents, ensuring proper analysis and corrective action.
- Investigating incident root causes
- Preparing reports
- Recommending corrective measures
- Following up on improvement actions
Training and Awareness
You will strengthen the organization’s safety culture by actively informing and training employees.
- Organizing training sessions
- Conducting toolbox talks
- Developing awareness campaigns
- Supporting safety and environmental projects
Government and Stakeholder Relations
You will serve as the primary point of contact for external authorities and ensure professional cooperation with all stakeholders.
- Communicating with competent authorities
- Coordinating inspections and audits
- Responding promptly to compliance and enforcement requests
- Representing the organization in EHS-related matters
Safety, Environment & Sustainability
You will be the driving force behind a safe and sustainable workplace. You will promote a proactive safety culture, monitor environmental performance, and actively contribute to the sustainability strategy of Allard-Europe.
Who Are You?
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Certified Environmental Coordinator Level A
- Prevention Advisor Level 2 certification, or willingness to obtain it in the short term
- Strong interest in environmental, health, and safety matters
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Analytical, structured, and results-oriented
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Team player who can inspire and engage others in change initiatives
- Safety and sustainability are always top priorities for you
